I told Mr Lee that I want to change job.

I feel that he is not supportive on my decision.

I want to change because I dislike my current working environment. Yes, my direct superior is nice to me but I feel that the learning curve is limited over here. Increment & bonus are not fantastic.

I want to change a new working environment. I don't mind to start it all over again, at least I can get to learn new things.

However, I understand that I have to take the risk of changing a new superior. Not all superiors are as nice as my current superior.

That's why Mr Lee does not support me that I want to change job.

He feels that my current co is:

- Stable

- Nice superior

- Good staff benefits

- No need to work extra hours for most of the time

But gonna facing the bunch of people that I dislike everyday, I am sick of it.

I started to have the feeling of dragging myself to work.

Sigh....
