Before putting the mould into the oven, I quickly take a pic of the 'artpiece' that I have done. Hopefully my cake won't sink because I did not mix the corn oil well with the mould.

Here is my sponge cake after baking.
We have to wait for the cake to cool down before spreading the cream, orelse the cream will melt.
In order to speed up the cooling process, my teacher advised me to cut the cake into half first.
This is the durian meat to put inside the cake. That's why we need to cut the cake into half.
We used our own creativity to design the cake.
After 2.5 hours of effort, finally my durian cake has been done.
Heehee! My mum, sis and Mr Lee said the cake tasted not bad for a first-timer.
