January month end closing is a nightmare!

I am thinking if I am unproductive and I have to work late and tons of work haven't finished.

I have to guide the new staff, my mgr asked me to do this & that....

End up I don't have much time to do my own work.

When I told Mr Lee that I am going for an interview, he is not supportive at all.

"I hope that your company will know that you are going for interview and sack you."

This is what he told me.
