On our third day, we have gone to 天安门(Tian An Men)&紫禁城(Forbidden City).
This place reminds me of SG Chinese Garden.
This is the轿子that the Empress sit when she is married to the Emperor.
This is the Emperor and Empress' bridal suite.

Taken at the imperial garden. Imperial garden is where the Emperor choose his potential cocubines.
Along the alley in the palace.
We can't believe that we can witness the room of Empress Cixi. This is the room which she has given birth to Emperor Tongzhi.
This is the Empress Cixi. She passed away in 1908.
This is Emperor Qianlong. He passed away in 1884.
She is Empress Chongqing. She passed away in 1777.
He is Emperor Kangxi who has passed away in 1722.
I doubt Singapore has existed at that time. -_-
On our way out of the palace.
After visiting 故宫,we took MRT to 西单for the famous 海底捞steamboat.
Most of the time I was having the 清汤 and the strong Mr Lee is having the 麻辣汤.

I didn't buy anything from this trip because the things in Beijing are expensive. :(
We went to the bakery shop near our hotel for our dessert.
The big Cherry Chocolate cake. I know is sinful. :p
We can't believe that 4D3N is so short and we have to go back to SG on the following day.
We are happy that we have visited forbidden city as what we have learnt our history in secondary school is the fact!
We saw where Empress Cixi has slept, where the last Emperor Pu Yi has ascended the throne and where all these princes and princess are born.
But we don't have the time to visit Great Wall. My china colleagues told me that now is not the good time to visit Great Wall as the wind is strong and weather is very cold.
So I guess we have to make another trip in future to visit this wonder.
