This morning, my mum & I went to learn baking of mooncakes at the CC near our house.

All these are the salted eggs as part of the ingredient.

The teacher is preparing the dough for the mooncakes.

Cutting them into pieces so that later we can use this dough to make mooncakes.


The lotus paste mix with melon seeds.The mooncakes have to be coated with egg before putting them into the oven.老师的作品After the teacher has demonstrated the procedures, we students have to chance to make it ourselves.



Mummy is using the mould to the make the mooncakes.Beside the traditional mooncakes, we also learn to make snowskin mooncakes which is simplier than the traditional mooncakes.

These are the 4 snowskins mooncakes done by mummy & I.
And the only piece of traditional mooncake done by me. (With the help of mummy)
