Finally I won't feel guilty to read magazines because I have taken up my exam.

Little did I realise that it was a halloween night. So there is bad traffic jam at Clarke quay and is flooded with 'ghosts'.

But I was wondering that how come all these people only dare to disguise as ghosts on Halloween to attract attention and not during lunar 7th month.

Because real ghost won't exist on Halloween.

So can I say they have 'no balls' to disguise? :p
