Attended the seminar "The Joy of Childbirth in Caring Hands" offered by Mount Alvernia.

The registration is only $5 and we are entitled to get a goodie bag. :)

The seminar guides the parents-to-be on the delivery of babies and prepares us for the coming babies.

Feel so stressed after hearing the talk because it sounds so scary to me.

After attending the seminar and the maternity tour, Mr Lee & I decided to have our bb delivered at Mount Alvernia.

Mr Lee was a Mount Alvernia bb 28 years ago so I think this place gives him a 亲切感. :)
