One month ago, I have participated the CSR event organised by Colgate. It is a one day event so I was excused from my work on that day. Heehee!
We went to Marymount Convent School to organise some children activities for the kids since it was held on Children's Day.
I just realised that Children's Day is no longer on 1st of Oct. :p
We set up our booths for the activities.
The game that my company is organising is "Pin the tail". So the kids have to turn themselves 3 rounds, blindfolded, with the guidance of their friends & walk towards these boards and pin the tails of either cat or rabbit.
There are 6 activities booths and 2 non-activities booth. The kids will gather their points on each booth & by the end of the day, we will calculate their points to determine who is the winning team with the most points.
I will be stationed at the one of the non-activities booth which is the nail polish station. The kids can choose the colours and we will do a simple manicure for them.
After the lunch, my colleagues will guide the kids on how to brush their teeth. Each girl is given a hello kitty mug and barbie doll toothpaste & toothbrush set.
After that, our games activities start.
It was a tiring day but we have enjoyed ourselves very much. I only remember I smell alot of nail polishes on that day. Haha!
Seeing the kids enjoy themselves very much, we are very happy too.
