I have decided to leave the company before I was on maternity leave. That's why no matter what, I will take 4 months of maternity leave continuously. The workload is heavy. There is only 2 pp in finance team which is my mgr and myself.
Then after I was back to work, my mgr was leaving and the management hasn't gotten her replacement.
I found that the management is inefficient. My manager has tendered in May and they have 2 months to find the backfill and yet they haven't found it.
So I gonna take over my mgr's work after she has left. Hello! You asked an accountant to cover a mgr's job and yet don't promote me or give extra $. You think I will be happy meh?
Plus we have changed a new GM. I feel that I cannot work with the new GM in long time. After I deal with him directly after my mgr left, then I understand why my mgr leaves too.

Anyway, goodbye to my employment pass. Actually, Hill's is good name to work for because Hill's is a subsidiary of Colgate. And I believe everyone knows what Colgate is. So company's brand is very important.

People leave a job is due to the leaders and not the company. This one I super agree. Heehee!
