First bakery lesson

Yesterday, Belle and I went to the Bakery Class at Safra Jurong.

The class started at 10am and luckily we are not late.

And we made muffin during the class. After the teacher has guided us, I think it's pretty easy to make muffin. 

The teacher told us not to help the kids because the objective of the class is to let the kids experiencing bakery. But I still help her to hold the bowl while she is mixing the ingredients. 

 After that, we pour the ingredients into this cup and it's ready to put into the oven.

While waiting for our muffin to be ready, the teacher teaches us decorations for the muffin. 

We have to use the above ingredients to do a goat and put on top of our muffin. 

Seriously, does this look like a goat???

The green icing supposed to be a patch of grass. I told belle that it looks like algae and the goat looks like monster. 

Sorry, I am very frank to my daughter. I won't give her false hopes. 

And the 2 M&M chocolates supposed to be mandarin oranges because it's CNY theme. 

And my little darling is still very proud of her muffin.

It's quite fun actually. This bakery class is on every first Saturday at Safra Jurong. Now I am thinking if to sign up another class in April. :)
