Meeting with Hill's colleagues

2 days ago, I met up with my ex-colleagues for dinner at Marriott Cafe. They are having some discounts so we decided to go there for dinner. The buffet spread is quite good.

With Avril. We used to work together in finance team and share the room together. We will switch on our radio to Class 95 and we will work while we listen to music. And sometimes we will go to Sephora together during lunch time to spay some perfume or hair styling products so that we look fresh and good after lunch. Haha!

With Suz. In the past when the management is having meeting, we will go down and tabao the Starbucks drinks for them. That's how I have gotten my Starbucks card and I will definitely "lobang" one drink since the company is paying. :)

I use to accompany them to Ferragamo sale. Because at that time when Suz has joined, I was already pregnant with Mikayla. Then these 2 ladies will try all the sky high Ferragamo shoes during the sale, 想跌死我. So I can only stand one side giving them opinions if the shoes are nice. But most of them I will tell them nice because I like to see people spending money. 反正又不是我的钱.

So after Avril has left Hill's, Suz will accompany me to go Watson sale. That's my favorite sale anyway then she will also 顺便buy some 有的没的东西. 

I guess that's what I miss about working in Hill's. All the sale are just below my office, so many food choices (that's explained my figure), free Colgate-Palmolive products and the fun people of Colgate. Haiz... Last time I still complain that I'm sian of using either Protex or Palmolive shower gel, toothpastes and toothbrushes too much lah. 现在要都没有了.

I don't miss the workload because I have to work OT freaking everyday and even on some weekend. My ex-boss will call/msg me even though I am on leave which I hate it to the most. 

Having good colleagues, good boss and good environment are important. They are also part of the reasons that make us motivated too.
