Baking class - Safra Jurong

Yesterday, Belle and I went to Safra Jurong for baking class again.

This time round, we are baking Passion Fruit Biscuit.

The class started at 10am and surpringly there are around 20 kids attending the class. I find it too crowded because there were only 5 kids in the previous baking class that I have attended.

Selfie with my girl before her baking class starts. She is so looking forward to bake herself.

This time round, she did most of the stuff herself. I was just supervising her most of the time.

I think she has done better than the previous time when I brought her. Probably she has gone to my SIL's place a few times for baking, practice makes perfect.

Assisting her to mix the dough. Photo credit by Cookie Monster from their Facebook page.

Hopefully, next time we have a bigger area in our house to do some baking for CNY.

Her 2 completed doughs ready for her decoration.

She is supposed to use the spatula to spread the yellow cream on her dough. End up she is busy eating the left over cream in her spatula.

Doing the goggles and suspenders for minions using the black 兔子糖.

We managed to do the pants for minion too. We used the mashmallow to do the eyes for the minion too.

Tadah! After 1.5 hours of her hard work, her minion passion fruit gems are completed.

Do you realize her teeth are darkened? Because she ate the chocolate cream which are supposed to be the eyes and hairs for minions.

Hopefully this is not our last baking lesson in Safra Jurong. The lesson is quite fun but it's a pity that it's too crowded. And I also don't know if we will travel all the way here to attend the baking lesson in future.
