Happy Deepavali!
Public holiday in the mid of week, so I shall take this opportunity to update my blog again.
I still wake up around 7am despite not working today. -_-||| I guess I am used to the timing or I am getting older because old people usually don't sleep so much right.
Last Saturday, it's Belle's concert at St Francis Kindergarten.
Before going to her concert, we had lunch at MacDonalds because Mr Lee has cravings with the new Samurai burger.
After her lunch, we brought her to Boon Lay Commmunity Centre as the concert will be held over there.
Again... Selfie with my eldest daughter after I have changed her into her concert costume and putting makeup for her.
I put on quite alot of blusher and eyeshadow for her. So that the colours will be more obvious when she is on stage. Heehee!
Mrs Chin who is the principal for St Francis Kindergarten. She is a very nice and hands-on lady. We are quite upset that this is Belle's final year in this school. Next year, she will be going to a new school because we are moving house. If not for the distance, we wouldn't change her school.
The kids are so excited to perform.
Our poor Belle is standing at the back because she is the tallest among her friends.
And Belle's class N2-Love is the first class to start their performance. They are performing the song "小苹果". Apparently, this song is quite famous in China, according to my dad.
I guess so because this song was selected by their Chinese teacher, 何老师 who is from China.
When the music started, she is very happy and she puts in effort to dance well.
Enrolling her to ballet lesson is a good choice, haha! I guess she performs well for non-academic program.
As compared to last year, she has danced much better. At least, she can focus more and she is in her own world when she starts dancing.
At the final performance which the kids sang "We all shine like stars".
And everyone takes turn to take photos with her.
With her dance partner, Joshua.
We never bring Mikayla because we feel she cannot sit all the way throughout the performance.
With her Chinese teacher who taught them the dance steps.
Her current form teacher, Mrs D'Cruz.
With her principal, Mrs Chin.
With her classmate, old Joshua. Why she called him old Joshua? It's because he is her classmate since N1. And her current dance partner is called new Joshua as he only joined the class in N2. Old Joshua also takes bus together with her when my mum fetches her on every Monday. Haiz.... I felt sad for Belle because she is going to leave this class soon.
Great job Belle!
