Happy 20th month to little M

Happy 20month old to little M!

I better document them down before I have forgotten what she has done.

Walking
At 15 month, finally she learns how to walk. Before that, I was so worried because I see majority of my friends' kids already know how to walk. I actually comfort myself because there is a myth that kids learn how to walk after 1 year old will have a better life in future. So it means the later they walk, the better life they will have in future. Haha! My mum told me that I learnt how to walk when I was 17 months. So I don't know whether I'm retarded or really having a better life in future.

So when she knows how to walk, oh my god.... Mr Lee said she is like a mini evo. She runs immediately when we put her down. And the more we chase her, she more she thinks we are playing catching with her so she runs even faster. Really testing our stamina.

Talking
Little M learns how to mumble (don't know what the hell she is talking) when she was around 13months. If I am not wrong, she starts to call mummy and daddy at 14 months. She learns to call daddy first. What the hell? I am the one taking care of her and yet she calls him first. Anyway, let Mr Lee wins this time orelse he will be even more imbalanced especially when little M always hugs me first after our work. :p

So when she was 17 months, she knows the alphabets from A to Z. Meaning when we asked her "P for?" and she can reply "PIG". Of course, not every single alphabets she can reply well, example "X for" and "W for" but at least she knows 80% of the alphabets. The power of flash cards which I show her when she was 1 year old.

Singing and Dancing
She love dancing. She starts dancing when she was 15 months. Before that whenever she heard music, she will move her body to show that she is dancing. So when she knows how to walk, she can dance with turning herself and shake her buttocks. My sis-in-law has uploaded a video of little M's dance in facebook. I think all kids love to dance. So I told Mr Lee that I shall send little M to Hip Hop Class in future since I want to join last time but couldn't. So she will help me to fulfil my dream. Haha!

Kids grow very fast. Mr Lee said before we know it, the kids already learn how to fly and going to dump us in the old folks home. So better treasure every moment with them now. Although they are testing our patience most of the time, we have to treasure our time with them.
