Australia - Melbourne (10 Mar to 13 Mar)

After one night stand... I mean one night stay in Port Campbell, we drove to Melbourne and we have stayed there for 4 days 3 nights.

On our way to to Melbourne from Port Campbell. Poor Mr Lee drove for 2.5 hours.

At Victoria Queen Market

The Queen Victoria Market is the ang moh pasar malam. They sell all kinds of stuff over there. The fruits are very fresh and cheap. Yes... cheap... as compared to SG. Surprise right? We had our lunch over there and we bought cold prawns for our lunch. It is so sweet and fresh.

In Melbourne, the parking is very expensive. We have experienced one day of parking and it is bloody expensive. 2 hours for AUD 28. To me is expensive loh. So after that experience, I psycho Mr Lee to take the city tram. This city tram is FREE. The tram will bring us to those tourist attractions and this free city tram ride is only 10 minutes walk from where we stayed.

So we stopped at Melbourne Aquarium. Mr Lee asked me as compared MBS aquarium, which one is bigger? I told him surpringly SG is better but SG is flooded with alot of people and I hardly take pictures because so many CHINA people.

 At Melbourne Aquarium, 有得是机会 to take photos.

We stayed at Citadines at Bourke Street. It is under Ascott Group. This is the only hotel that we forgot to take photo with. Haha! The location is very good as it is near Chinatown where the restaurants close late. I had written a review of this hotel in trip advisor. If anyone is keen to go to Melbourne, can take a look.  

Oh ya! In Australia, most of the shops close very early, around 5pm? Only on every Thurs, the shops which I mean shopping area close at around 7-9pm. So in Melbourne, we didn't manage to walk around much because we woke up late everyday. By the time we are out, we only left 5-6 hours to explore. :p

At night, we have nothing to do right? So Mr Lee and I went to Casino.

Mr Lee has won AUD 1625.20! Lucky him! Ok, he has invested AUD 200 so he still wins AUD 1400 right?

I lose AUD 200 totally....:(
