Last Friday, I have booked a short stay-cation at Marina Mandarin with Mr Lee as a mini celebration for his birthday.
I seldom take solo selfie because I will usually take with my 2 cheeky girls. But that day they weren't around to take this nice view with me.

Simple family birthday celebration.
This room is actually the upgraded version because the hotel has made some silly security mistakes and that's why they have upgraded our room.
The view is actually quite nice and too bad we cannot stay overnight from Sat to Sun instead. Sat is the NDP preview and we have missed out the fireworks. :(
So we stayed the room for awhile before going out for our spa at Central. Mr Lee manages to find this Ikeda spa at Central. It's a Japanese style of spa, it's similar to the one we have tried in Taipei.
The service is quite good. We did their signature candle massage. Before that, we have half an hour to soak ourselves in the hot spring which is inside the room. Mr Lee wouldn't choose the one that we have to soak with strangers.
After that, we have our 1.5 hour of massage. The massage is really good.
After that, we went to Esplanade to have our super late dinner cum supper at Mischief. It's open by Michelle Chong and Cynthia Koh. So that evening, we saw Cynthia Koh who is helping around in the restaurant.
Hmm... Do you think the NDP for next year will be held at Marina Platform? If so I shall try my luck to book a stay-cation for our family.
On the actual day of Mr Lee's birthday, we had a family dinner at a vegetarian restaurant, Whole Earth. The food is yummy and it's our third time visiting the restaurant.
